What we collect and why

• Name and email – to issue and send your ticket and to let you know about changes to the run (performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Purchase details (quantity, amount, time, payment ID) – for accounting and refunds (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Check-in mark – so a ticket can’t be used twice (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
• If you pay by card, we never see or store your card details – Stripe handles them.
• Email for the discount – if you leave it in “Get 10% off your next run”: we keep the address, when you agreed and on which page, and only send run dates and the discount code (consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can opt out any time – reply to the email or write to [EMAIL].
• Your language (LT or EN) – so your ticket and emails come in the language you chose.

Who else sees the data

• Stripe Payments Europe (payments), Resend (ticket emails), Cloudflare (website and database, EU).
• The organisers during the run (the guest list for check-in). We never sell your data or hand it over for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep participant data for no longer than 12 months after the run. Accounting records are kept as long as the law requires.

Photos

We take photos at the runs. If you don’t want to be in them, or want one removed, write to [EMAIL].

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object to it – write to [EMAIL]. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

The site only uses essential cookies: your language choice, and the organisers’ PIN (only on their device). No analytics or advertising cookies.
